The Cha Cha Slide

Let’s try a flashmob dance to finish off the term.
We might be able to get some other students involved.
The music is by DJ Casper.
I found the idea from MLU @ Bellaire PS. You can watch it from the link.
The whole school (Bellaire PS) got involved without teacher support.
It was a fantastic student lead activity.
Let’s practise and see if we can get some other kids involved at play times.

Leave a comment if you try the dance at home.
How can we learn to Cha Cha?

  2. Hi guys, It’s julia,
I was at LLPS last year. My new teacher Mr K-T (Kayler Tompson) says that he loves your blog!
Thanks Mrs Lynch for commenting on Bellaires MLU blog. We decided to film the Cha Cha Slide because we have music before the bell at BPS and everyone used to get on the oval and do the correct moves.I will keep following this blog forever if I can. Say hi to Mr Quirk for me and Mrs Asmusen and Mrs Plowmen if see her. And can you all try to have a look at my Blog, this is the adress: eddjul2011.global2.vic.edu.au.
    Thanks alot
    Later.

  3. Dear Julia,
It’s lovely to hear from you. It certainly is a small world when we can reconnect on our blogs. We recently found MLU’s blog because it looks so much like MLY’s blog and we even sound similar. It sounds like you are having a wonderful time at BPS and Mr K-T is a fantastic teacher. I’ll let the teachers know that you sent us a comment. If you look back on the blog you might be able to see some of your old friends from last year.
Keep in touch Julia and we will definitely take a look at your blog.
    From Mrs Lynch and MLY
